These Terms of Service govern your use of https://mateon.shop and any purchase you make from Mateon. By browsing the store or placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before ordering.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, to place an order. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
3. Products, descriptions and availability
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including ingredient lists, serving sizes and allergen information. Product photography is for illustration; packaging may change as we update labelling.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you and offer either a full refund or a substitute of equal value, at your choice.
Prices, promotions and product range may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including cancelling and refunding an order placed at an obviously incorrect price, and we will always contact you before doing so.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order – for example where we suspect fraud, where a product is unavailable, or where an order appears to be for resale in breach of section 8.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, and all payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do not store full card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any import duties or taxes levied by your destination country.
6. Health disclaimers – please read
Our products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
- Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
- Do not exceed the stated serving size.
- Supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, are under 18, have a medical condition, are taking prescription medication, or are preparing for surgery.
- If you experience any adverse reaction, stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice. You can also report it to us at ChayChatee608@gmail.com.
- Keep all supplements out of the reach of children.

7. Account security
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

You agree not to copy, scrape, resell or systematically extract content from this site without our written permission, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. Purchases are for personal or household use. Commercial resale requires a separate written agreement with us.

All content on this site – text, product photography, illustrations, logos and the Mateon name – is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal use only.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order governs that order, and the effective date at the top of this page always identifies the current version.
